- A Dungeon - You are in the deepest and darkest part of the mine shafts. The light from the torches barely reaches to where you are. Most directions from here lead to jail cells.
- A Dusty Path - This is a path leading into the village. It continues east and west and there is a small house to the north.
- A Dusty Path - You are on a dusty path on the far side of the village. Houses are to the north and south, while the path continues east. There is a sign here.

- A Gnome Shop - You are in one of the several shops of this fine town. The wares look fine, but unfortunately the gnomes don't do business with outsiders.

- A Road in the Village - The road continues north and south on the main road, but you can feel the changes in the city as you move south towards the more rough neighborhood. Doors lead west and east into small gnome shops. A trail of blood leads to the south.
- A Small Gnome House - This is a small gnome house build of wood. It resembles most of the other houses you can see at this point. You bet they make a great standard for gnomes, but the ceiling is low and the atmosphere dull.
- A Small Gnome House - This is a small suburban house made from quality wood. You can see the expert workmanship that went into making it, but it lacks creativity.
- A Small Hut - The hut is a mess! Blood has stained the grass walls into a dark rich crimson color. Torn clothes and trash lie all around, and you think you see a skeleton in the corner.

- End of the Dark Hallway - You have reached the end of the dark hallway and maybe the end of your puny life. Something lumbers its way out of the shadows.
- Entrance to Gnome Village - You stand on a dusty path that leads north and east. To the east you hear the sounds of a small village.
- Entrance to a Dungeon - The floor dips slightly as you walk into this dark and nasty place. Your skin crawls as you look at the filth on the walls and see it move. Most of the exits lead into jail cells.
- Entrance to the Mine Shaft - As you enter the mine shaft, you get a sudden fear of the walls closing in on you. You are surprised to notice that you don't need a light.
- Guarded Room - You are inside a well guarded room. The place is slightly better built than the mine shafts, and is lit by lanterns.
- Guarded Room - You enter the next room only to find it well guarded too. You are now certain something good lies behind the door to the south.
- Hermit's Lair - You are in a small section where the mine wall has collapsed to reveal a tiny one-room cave. The area is barely lit, but you can make out something moving towards you.
- Hobgoblin Barracks - You are suddenly surrounded by a small army of hobgoblin guards. The room itself is a mess with clothes and armor everywhere. The beds are unmade and stained.
- Mess Hall - You stand in the hobgoblin eating area. There are a few rotting tables and many broken dishes scattered around the room. You almost slip on a rotten piece of meat, but catch yourself just in time.
- Mine Shaft - The shaft is softly lit with light from torches attached on the walls. You think the wooden structure might hold, but you aren't sure the wood is healthy.
- Mine Shaft - This mine shaft looks stable, at least in this area. The wooden supports are thick and strong. Torches line the walls. Exits lead in all directions.

- On the Stream - The current here flows from the east, but a logjam blocks you from continuing onward.
- On top of the Hill - You finally come to the top of the hill, but it was worth it. The view from here is fantastic. You can see the whole village to the northwest, the harbor to the west, the dark blue ocean to the south, and some tall mountains to the east.
- Onderbur's Tavern - The tavern isnt very big, but there are alot of people here creating a cozy atmosphere. The tables and benches are made of solid wood, and they seem pretty worn. Very little light penetrates the dark brown glass in the windows, but lanterns are lit on the tables. There is a bar in the far end of the room.
- Outside a Tavern - After a long walk you stop outside a Tavern. You can hear the voices of drunken gnomes inside. There is a sign inviting you inside offering you just what you need. You hope theese gnomes are willing to do buisness with strangers. The road continues west and east.

- Prison Cell - Oddly the cell is fairly spacious which is uncommon in your average prison. This seems out of place given the design of the prison is to break the will of those that are confined here. It suddenly strikes you that the spacious cells are not for the comfort of the prisoner but rather a necessity due to the size of prisoners that have been held in these cells. In the back corner of the cell you see stacks of crates label 'Big Black Dick's Finest'. There is a seemingly never ending supply of ale in this room!
- Small Mine Shaft - You are in a small extension of the mine shaft. The dust on the floor is undisturbed by footprints.
- The Chief's House - You enter into a large and luxurious house. The floor is coated with carpets and the walls are covered in paintings. You feel privileged just for stepping inside.
- The Clearing - Your progress is suddenly stopped by mountains on all sides. The path leads back to the west, and there appears to be an old mine shaft to the north.
- The Dark Cave - The cave gleams as your light reflects off of it. As you squint your eyes and try to look ahead, you think you see something move. You sense an opening to the south that leads off into the mountains.
- The Field of Mice's Dreams - This is a large green field of waist high grass. You feel something scurry over your feet. There is a cave to the east.
- The Harbor - The harbor is a nice relaxing place. You listen to the splashing of the boats in the water and the sound of the seagulls flying around looking for a cheap dinner. There is a tall hill to the east, and it looks like it would be a nice place to get a good view of the village. There is a pier to the south.
- The Iron Gateway - You stand at the entrance to the gnome fortress. The place seems to be well fortified.
- The Jail Cell - Your inside a filthy prison cell. The walls are wet and dripping with a slimy substance. The smell of rot is in the air and you can see the hay on the floor is black and almost composed.

- The Kitchen - This kitchen hasn't been cleaned since the creation of humans. The trash and spoiled food laying on the floor reach up to your knees. Off to the side a pot is boiling over. A human hand floats in it.
- The Overgrown Path - As the path continues on, the grass grows higher. You can't imagine what could possibly be out this way.
- The Treasury - You are inside the hobgoblin's treasury. Your eyes are almost blinded by the gold, silver and copper coins.
- The Unused Path - You are now on a fairly unused path that leads east out of the village. You wonder what could be out this way.
- The Village Square - You find yourself standing in the village square looking at all the busy merchants and citizens. Small tents are placed around a small but lovely fountain in the center. You try to make contact with the merchants, but they dont seem like they want to trade with you.
