- A Dark Pool. - You stand beside a large dark pond. The water boils not with heat, but with motion, as if it is alive. A creaking beat pulses through the air, leaving you with a cold sweat and fear in your heart.
- A Marshy Path - You find yourself walking down a path admist the marsh as you walk away from the beachside. The path winds on further to the east.
- A Short Aquatunnel Passage - You travel just a mere fifty feet before coming to the end of the tunnel. You find yourself looking at a wall with very few noticeable features.
- An Oozing Bog - You are in an unfinished room. You stand in an oozing quagmire. A creaking beat fills the air, accompanied by groans and soughing of the air. Several large winged beasts flap over you and send chilling glares your way. You feel out of place, and feel that the occup

- Ankle Deep - The swamp seems to be getting deeper as you trek onward through this forsaken place. Fog beings to develop here and visibility lessens. Keep your ears peeled.
- Aquaalcove - The tunnel ends and you find yourself in a small cavern. The cavern further extends itself to the north, east and west, in the form of large alcoves.
- Aquaalcove - Tayn presses his Coat of Arms and hops through a vortex Aquacavern You swim deeper and deeper until finally you reach the bottom. You find yourself in a cold nearly lightless cavern. The pressure here is enough to kill the average person. There are tunnels heading to the north east and west.

- Aquacavern - Duergar Outcamp This is a large cavern that stinks of decay and death. To the north there is a rather large hut, there are more huts to the east, while to the west there is a small fire and several big boulders.

- Aquatunnel - You find yourself swimming into a dark tunnel burrowed into the earth leading from the lake. The water flows in a northernly direction and is moving very fast.
- Aquatunnel - The tunnel continues onward to the north. It is still very dark and the water continues move rapidly.
- Aquatunnel - You venture down another narrow tunnel in this underwater maze. The tunnel continues further east.
- Aquatunnel - You venture down another watery tunnel. It seems particularly colder and darker in this section than anywhere's else in the underwater complex. The tunnel continues southward.
- Aquatunnel - You move further down this bitter cold tunnel, only to notice that the incline of the floor of the tunnel is slightly rising. The tunnel continues onward in a southernly direction.
- Aquatunnel - The tunnel continues onward to the north. It is still very dark and the water continues move rapidly.
- Aquatunnel - You head down the north tunnel only to find yourself hearing strange noises. The tunnel continues northward.
- Aquatunnel - A Darkened Hallway The black stones which form the walls of this hallway seem to absorb all light. The high gothic ceiling towers nearly a hundred feet over your head. From all about you, an unnatural sense of pure evil seems to surround the entire castle.
- Aquatunnel - Phew!!! It's a bit ripe in here. There are stalls lining both sides of the wall in here and a big sleigh in the very back. You can hear hoofs scratching the ground in a frenzy and antlers rustling against the gates. They look eager to get out and the one at the back with the red nose looks downright vicious. He's the only one that isn't rattling his antlers he's just flashing you a menacing grin.
- Aquatunnel Split - You continue down the tunnel and about a hundred or so feet ahead of you, you notice that the tunnel splits into two different directions. The one passage leads to the left, the other to the right.
- Beach - You are on a sandy shore. Marsh life creeps across the surface. To the west lies an evil fortress. You see figures walking along the battlements.
- Before the Great Gates. - You stand before the gates of what was once a huge fortress. The drawbridge is up, the gates closed, and portcullis down. This place looks very dangerous, and you decide it may be wiser not to venture inside.
- Beneath the Waters - You dive below the surface of the lake to find yourself seeing no where else to explore except deeper down. The water is very cool, yet it is clear and full of life.
- By the Monolith. - You are standing near a monolith which protrudes some 20 feet from the marsh into the air. Its black obsidian surface shines darkly in the strange, almost unearthly light that enters through the clouds above.
- Cloud of Darkness. - As you travel through this cloud of darkness, a fear such as you have never known before assails you.
- Deeper.... - You must be a good thirty feet beneath the surface. The pressure of the water begins to affect you. The water is colder yet down here. To the north there appears to be a tunnel of some sort.
- Emergence - You finally reach the end of the aquatunnel only to find yourself in large underground lake. Looking it appears the lake is inhabited by many creatures. Only a brave soul like yourself would dare venture on further.
- Eminent Descent - You now understand why the waters are moving so rapidly. You have come the end of this part of the tunnel, for its direction heads down even deeper. The pressure is nearly unbearable!
- Gloomy Path Through the Marsh. - To the north lies a hill, shrouded in dark clouds, and to the south lies a huge patch of vegetation. You sense an evil presence and notice a beast flying overhead to the south east, towards what looks to be a huge fortress, half buried in the marsh.
- Into the Mist - You decide to head south, towards the misty pond. It seems the mist grows thicker as you venture forward towards the pond. You hear lots of strange noises, and you begin to wonder whats in that pond!
- Lakeside View - As you continue to walk through these wetlands, you begin to realize that you were walking in a small tributary of a lake. To the north you can clearly see that there is another large lake in the middle of this marshlands. The marshlands surrounding the lake block any passage around it. The only choices you have to are to go under the lake or on it. You may also venture down a narrow gap between the plants heading southwards.
- Marshy Forest - This area is by no means a forest, but for those who dwell in these sparse trees it is one. Occasionally you see a whole humanoid form floating face down in the water, but mostly you only find pieces. You hear a loud bellow in the distance. And feel fear creep into your heart.
- Muddy Path - This section of the path is slowly being drowned by the nearby swamp to the south, which is creeping slowly inland. Several caved-in buildings sprawl here, torn apart both by battle and the elements. One of the buildings has a wall intact with writing on it.
- Murky Bog. - A murky bog surrounds you. To the east a black monolith juts forth from the ground. Far to the north lies a huge pool of quicksand. Snarls can be heard echoing as if from a great distance.
- Near Vegetation from Hell. - You stand near some of the strangest plant life you have ever seen, a mixture of tumescent vegetables, evil-smelling fruit trees, and malignant ferns.
- Northern Lake Side. - Floating on this boiling lake is not what you would consider an enjoyable experience. Many a creature bumps the bottom of your boat, and glares at you through unblinking eyes from the waters below. The southern portion of the lake looks calm and serene compared to this wild place.
- On a hill. - You stand atop a hill on the northwestern side of the evil swamp. Dark clouds whip around you and the wind raises its voice and assails you. There is a small building to the west.
- On the Lake - You find yourself swimming (or on a raft) in a very large, cold, foggy lake. The waters seem to never rest as the waves crash against you. You also notice that much of the lake has lots of vegetation floating about in it, making it very difficult to manuever in.
- On the Lake - The waters here are less densely populated by the vegetation. You notice the further you swim east, the calmer and clearer the water and atomsphere becomes.
- On the Lake - The waters are very calm and clear on the middle of the north shores of the lake. Its certainly clear enough to swim under water hear if you're so bold as to try. To the north there is a small enclosed sandy beach.

- Onward Ho! - Yea whatever....... Its still the same old swamp... And it stinks! Onward HO? Chuh, right.... More like.... Get me the heck outta here!
- Pool of Quick Sand - You stand by a large oozing pool of quick sand. Luckily only a complete klutz could not avoid it. Dancing lights fly about you and one seems to be taunting you towards the pool.
- Rising Above - The floor of the tunnel takes a sharp incline gradually turning totally upwards. The water is particulary cold here and you get a strange feeling in your gut.

- Shin Deep - The swamp water is becoming increasingly deeper as you continue your journey through the marsh. The fog hasn't shown any signs of letting up either.
- Southern Lake Side. - You are floating on a calm section of blue crystal water. You feel much more at ease then you were before in this area. Then a wave of fear passes over you. You are not alone.
- Swamp Thing's Lair - A horrible swamp thing resides here. Mutilated corpses suffuse the air with the overwhelming stench of putrid flesh.
- Swamp's Edge - Briars and marsh plants stick to your boots and clothes, and clouds cover the skies above the murky marsh, leaving the path before you dark and sinister. You see some disturbances in the marsh, but after a few strangled screams, the sounds stop. To your west you see an abandoned cottage. The cottage has seen a great deal of damage due to the conditions of the land. However it still appears to be intact. The door to the place is closed.
- The End - Well the path has to come an end and the thickness of marsh prevents you from traveling any further. We hope you've enjoyed your stay in the Old Marsh and we welcome you back anytime you wish. You may now recall and enjoy the good life back home.

- The Noxious Glade - The area is swampy and it is hard to get good footing without sinking in the earth to your knees. Everything around you seems to be rotting, and the thick canopy of the swamp holds in the lingering smell. Insects swarm the air in thick hoards, biting at your face. In the middle of this disgusting place, a beautiful majestic dragon is sitting. His presence almost makes the swamp beautiful. There are several smaller dragons surrounding him, in a protective circle, so maybe it's best to keep a safe distance.
- Upward Bound - You continue to travel to upwards in this bizzare tunnel. It's really too dark to tell where you are headed, although by the distance you roughly gauge that you are nearing surface level.

- Wildlife - It's amazing you've made it this far! Why between the heat, the dampness and all those horrifying monsters, you are finally safe amongst the lush green plants of the marshlands. Or are you?
